You said "almost 80".... I went to the M's game that night and they reported 80 degrees at first pitch. It's hard to get that in July. I didn't need sleeves all night which "never" happens here. It was the warmest April game in Safeco history. Pure. Bliss.

But you stay so green and beautiful in the summer while we, who are enjoying what has arguably been the most absolutely gorgeous extended Spring on record in these parts, eventually will get all brown (sorry, *golden*) and flammable.

I'm clueless about the picnic thing, Phil -- looks to me like a table lamp minus a shade. I must be missing some real juicy innuendo on that one (sigh).

Our dog wouldn't go off the deck to go pee in the yard with all of the ice pellets, hail, or grapple or whatever it is called this time of year.

I was just about to suggest a home trade, wherein you and Mrs. Perils could enjoy the "Spring-like" weather of Dallas and my favorite wife and I could enjoy Seattle, but your post quashed that! What are those odd yellow balls the guy is twirling in the video?
